Founded in the early 2000’s, LeChi® Foods popularized the Texas Style Kolache for schools throughout the Southeastern United States.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are a LaPorte, TX-based food manufacturer dedicated provide healthy and delicious alternatives to keep cafeteria food exciting. We opened in 2001 and we immediately became a hit with the school lunches all across the Southeastern United States.
Because of the nature of what we do as a business, we take pride in knowing we help put smiles on people’s faces every time they take a bite of our delicious Kolaches & Mealbuns in their cafeteria. We believe that providing kids with access to fresh, healthy meals is a critical part of preparing them for success.
All of our meals are prepared using nothing but the finest, locally sourced ingredients in Texas and manufactured in a USDA inspected facility. Our teams are made up of motivated and mission-driven individuals who are working to ignite a healthy food revolution.
